Role: In Service Engineer
Contract Length: UNTIL 31/03/2025
Location: Andover HQ, 2 days A week to start then 1 day a week
Security Clearance: SC

Minimum Requirement:

As a In Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be:

Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articu-lates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.
Review the ECOSYSTEM being developed by Field Army IX Programme.

An understanding of the following is essential:

How the Army and DE&S are constructed and function
The existing A&RP Evolve methodology.
How the Army trains
Current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.

Essential:
Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent)/Engineering background/Military background
Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
