  • A record of success in agency side digital recruitment
  • To own the entire recruitment process for tech and digital talent on the contract side, whilst also giving our clients the VIP treatment.
  • A genuine passion and interest for your chosen market
  • Conversation skills. Recruitment is all about building relationships so someone who loves to talk to candidates and clients - keyboard warriors need not apply!
